About tk19

Our Story

Who We Are

tk19 was founded with one clear goal: to give Bangladeshi players a safe, reliable, and genuinely enjoyable online betting experience. Since our launch, we have focused exclusively on the Bangladesh market — understanding local payment habits, local sporting passions, and the need for a platform that actually works the way players expect it to.

We are not a generic international casino that has simply added a Bangladeshi payment option. tk19 is purpose-built for this market. Our game library, bonus structures, customer support hours, and payment integrations were all shaped by the feedback and needs of real players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and beyond. Every decision we make starts with the question: does this make the experience better for our players?

Our Purpose

Our Mission

Our mission at tk19 is straightforward: deliver a betting and gaming platform that Bangladeshi players can trust completely. That means SSL-encrypted transactions, independently verified fair play on every game, and a withdrawal process that puts money back into your bKash or Nagad account within minutes, not days.

Beyond the technical fundamentals, our mission also includes responsible gaming. tk19 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above. We provide tools to help players manage their activity — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options — because we believe a sustainable betting culture is built on player wellbeing, not reckless play.

Who We Serve

Built for Bangladesh

tk19 was designed specifically for the Bangladeshi online gaming community. We understand that a great platform needs to work perfectly on an Android phone with a mobile data connection — not just on a desktop computer with fast broadband. Our entire product is optimised for mobile-first use, because that is how most of our players access the site, whether they are in Dhaka during their commute, in Chittagong after work, or in Sylhet on a weekend evening.

Our game selection reflects what Bangladeshi players actually enjoy. Cricket is naturally at the heart of what we offer — with comprehensive markets covering BPL, IPL, the T20 World Cup, and every Bangladesh Tigers series. Alongside cricket, our slots library includes popular titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, while our crash games section and live casino keep things exciting for players who want variety. We regularly refresh our game catalogue around local sporting events and cultural occasions like Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season.

Payments

Deposit and Withdraw Your Way

tk19 supports the payment methods that Bangladeshi players already use every day. Deposit instantly via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay with no minimum fuss, and withdraw winnings back to the same account just as quickly. For players who prefer card payments, Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. There are no hidden fees on deposits, and withdrawal processing is handled by our dedicated finance team, typically completed within minutes during operational hours.

Our Principles

What We Stand For

• ✅ Fairness — Every game on tk19 uses a certified random number generator. Outcomes are never manipulated — what you see is what you get.
• 🤝 Transparency — Our bonus terms, wagering requirements, and withdrawal conditions are written in plain English with no hidden catches. We believe players deserve clear rules.
• 🛡️ Security — Player funds are held in segregated accounts. SSL encryption, account verification, and two-factor authentication are standard on tk19 — not optional extras.
• 📲 Accessibility — tk19 is optimised for low-bandwidth Android devices so players from any corner of Bangladesh — Rangpur, Barisal, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar — can enjoy the same smooth experience.
